Word of mouth is how we've built this business, and we'd rather put money in your pocket than spend it on ads. That's why we created this referral program: to reward the customers and neighbors who help us grow, instead of a marketing budget that doesn't benefit you at all.
Know someone who needs a new roof? Tell them about us — and get paid for it.
DFW Build Pros rewards customers who send us referrals that turn into real projects. There's no cap on roof referrals, and other rewards apply across our other services too.
Roof Referrals — Up to $500 Cash
Refer a friend, neighbor, or family member for a roof repair or replacement, and once they sign a contract with us, you're eligible for up to $500 cash. There's no limit to how many people you can refer — refer 10 roofs, get paid for all 10.
Referral Rewards for Other Services
Other cash rewards also apply to referrals for our other services! Including remodeling, landscaping, hardscaping, painting, flooring, and handyman work. Reward amounts vary by project type and scope — ask your project manager for current reward tiers when you refer someone!
Referral Program Disclaimer & Terms
- Program Purpose — This referral program is offered as part of DFW Build Pros' effort to grow its customer base through word-of-mouth referrals, in lieu of traditional advertising spend.
- Eligibility of Referrer — To qualify for a referral reward, the referring party must be a current or former DFW Build Pros customer, or otherwise approved by DFW Build Pros at its sole discretion.
- Eligibility of Referral — The referred individual must be a new customer who has not previously requested or received an estimate from DFW Build Pros within the preceding 12 months.
- Roof Referral Reward — A cash reward of up to $300 will be paid for each referred roofing project (repair or replacement) that results in a signed contract with DFW Build Pros. The exact reward amount within the up-to-$300 range is determined by the final contracted project value and is at the sole discretion of DFW Build Pros. There is no limit to the number of roofing referrals a single individual may submit or be rewarded for.
- Other Service Referral Rewards — Referrals resulting in signed contracts for services other than roofing (including but not limited to remodeling, landscaping, hardscaping, painting, flooring, electrical, or handyman services) are eligible for a smaller cash reward, the amount of which is determined by project type, scope, and value at the sole discretion of DFW Build Pros.
- Payment Trigger — All referral rewards are contingent upon the referred customer signing a binding contract with DFW Build Pros. Rewards are not paid for estimates, consultations, or quotes alone.
- Payment Timing — Referral rewards will be issued within [21 business days] of project completion.
- Payment Method — Rewards will be paid at the discretion of DFW Build Pros.
- Exclusions — DFW Build Pros employees, subcontractors, and immediate family members of employees or subcontractors are not eligible to participate in this program.
- Right to Modify or Terminate — DFW Build Pros reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program, including reward amounts and eligibility criteria, at any time and without prior notice.
- No Guarantee — Submission of a referral does not guarantee that the referred individual will engage DFW Build Pros or that any reward will be paid. All reward decisions are final.
- Tax Responsibility — Referrers are solely responsible for any tax reporting obligations associated with cash rewards received.
